1. Returns & Exchanges
Returns are not accepted for hygiene and safety reasons, once the packaging is opened or tampered with.
We only accept replacements in the following cases:
You received a defective or damaged Product.
You received the wrong Product in your order.
2. Replacement Process
To request a replacement:
